Resident activities are designed to support the interests and current ability level of the resident. We never stop trying to find ways to engage and support our resident’s need for love, security, purpose and expression.
“This is a long overdue testimonial for the great care that was provided for my grandma back in the late 90’s to April 2002, the time of her passing. Prior to that, she had been at an adult family home that went downhill after the owners moved out. Grandma was very happy and well taken care of day to day by all the staff. Everyone at Pioneer Place Memory Haven was very caring and treated grandma and our family with dignity and respect.
Many years later, when my uncle (her son) developed dementia, there was no question in my mind that this would be a great place for my uncle. He has been living at Pioneer Place Memory Haven for over 3 years now. He enjoys receiving the same great service, respect and care as my Grandma did. He has fun living in the moment, as well as the distant past. The staff laughs at his jokes even after hearing them several times. The level of care and respect the residents receive from every member of the staff are unsurpassed, they are all top notch and are always smiling. It is apparent the community is a great place for employees as well as the clients/people they serve. I am a realtor that specializes in service to the 55+ community and have viewed many of the area retirement communities. I can say my uncle and our family are blessed to have Pioneer Place Memory Haven taking care of a second generation of our Family.”
“I will gladly give Pioneer Place a very good rating as the people there always treated my Mother with love and patience and she got excellent care. My sister and I were relieved that we felt very comfortable leaving our Mother with you. You all will always have a special place in my heart and I pray that all of your patients have the same experience and their families that we did. Thank you so much for your support in our time of need.”
